Jet's Plasma Ball

Today Jet brought her Plasma ball to school to show us how it worked. Thanks Jet. It was fascinating to watch.

The Waterfall

Calmly, deceptively gliding water

Slowly inching closer,

Approaching its tumbling death,

Teetering at the edge of its fatal fall.

Then…

Plummeting down the deathly giant

Crashing, foaming endlessly downwards

Belting out a furious roar,

Rapidly gushing to the dreaded end.

Tiny drops of foam and mist float down,

Exploding on the jagged rocks

Where the eye meets the mouth

Settling into the great green depths.
